Liner material can be 22K gold as pictured above,
platinum or any of the golds that we normally use.
Those this ring was made non-etched, all iron mokume rings are now made as an etched ring.
This ring is quite beautiful with a striking contrast. Though it is an ideal men's wedding band it also beautiful choice for the bride. The use of iron in my mokume laminates is relatively new and we do not have a long history with this metal combination. A ring in this metal combination will not be sold without a liner; the liner will isolate the iron from the moisture and salts that are always present between the ring and the finger.
