WARRANTY & RETURN POLICIES

All work is warranted against defects in workmanship. If there is a problem with the materials or workmanship I will fix the problem at no charge to you.
All questions or concerns about your item must be communicated to us within fourteen days of the date of the invoice. We will make all endeavors to satisfy you and fix the problem. If we determine there is a defect in the materials or workmanship and I cannot fix the problem to your satisfaction, the sale will be cancelled. However since all items are custom made we may at our discretion require a 20% restocking fee based on the original cost of the item.
If there ever is a need to return an item please do not send anything back without first contacting us for a return authorization, this way we can be aware when an item is on its way back. for shipping security.
